How does someone become a dating and relationship specialist? Good question. Here’s my story.
At one time in my life I owned a successful interior design business and helped people improve the functionality and beautify their personal living spaces. I was raising two beautiful girls. One day, I suddenly found myself… single.
The daunting transition from married life to single life to dating life was a process I had to go through alone. Well-intentioned friends and family were there for me, but they did not have any practical advice, and were not really able to help me navigate the now unfamiliar dating and relationship landscape I had to face as a single woman. That’s when I made one of the most important decisions of my life. I decided that after experiencing firsthand the isolation of being single, and the BIG challenges of dating, I would help others so they would not have to go it alone.
Since that day I have found my passion. I love what I do, and I have both the instincts and the training to help people just like you, every day.
In order to offer the best possible dating coaching services, I knew I had to be trained by an accredited, professional coach training organization and become a certified coach. Certification is very important because life coaching is a profession that requires very specific skills, standards of engagement, and conduct, as well as a foundation of training which is only taught in accredited schools. I completed a rigorous life coach training program at Coach Training Alliance and received my Life Coach Certification (CTACC) from CTA.
Next, I wanted to deepen my coaching skills for my work specifically with singles and so I completed an intensive program at the Relationship Coaching Institute and earned my Singles Certification. I am now a member in good standing at RCI. I then earned my BCC (Board Certified Coach) designation from the Center for Credentialing & Education. The continuing education requirements for my Board Certified Coach designation ensures that I complete top notch, approved courses every year that will add even more value to the services that I offer.
I am dedicated to providing you with solid information, proven dating skills, an attraction plan to help you find your ideal match, and support through the process.
Consider me your guide to being a smart, savvy, effective, satisfied single while dating well.
